Ravand began in 2016 with two people and one rule: do not build what we cannot maintain. We are eight today, and the rule still holds.

How we work

Most work that reaches us is not purely a technical problem; it is stuck somewhere between product, engineering, and operations. That is where we begin: before choosing tools, we write the problem down and name the number that needs to move.

We keep the team small so the person in the discovery session is also writing the code and observing the release. It is the only way we know to stop decisions getting lost along the way.
