BRAND BOOK — 01

Ravand Brand Book

A living identity guide. Everything that makes the Ravand brand — from the belief behind it to the tone of a short message — is written down here so it stays the same at every touchpoint.

02 — ESSENCE

Brand essence

Ravand means measurable growth. We are a studio that builds a digital growth path for businesses — not a campaign, but a structure that gets better every month.

PURPOSE

Turn growth from guesswork into a process.

POSITIONING

A digital growth studio for brands that think long term.

PROMISE

Every decision backed by data; every output with traceable impact.

Our values

03 — VALUES
01

Transparency

Open dashboards, unretouched reports. We report the bad number before the good one.

02

Precision

One degree off at the start is kilometres off at the end.

03

Patience

Shaking a tree does not grow it. We plant for the next season.

04

Partnership

Not a vendor — part of your team, and a partner in the outcome.

04 — PERSONALITY

05 — VOICE & TONE

Voice & tone

DO

“Conversion went from 1.2% to 3.4% in 90 days.”

“We will not do this — there is no data behind it.”

DON’T

“Explosive sales with our revolutionary solution!”

“The country’s best digital marketing agency.”

  • Short sentences. Active verbs. No advertising adjectives.
  • Put the number before the claim.
  • Jargon only when the reader already knows it.

Messaging pillars

06 — MESSAGING

Evidence

Every claim is backed by a number or a case.

Compounding

Our value in month twelve exceeds month one.

Craft

Quality of execution, not strategy on paper.

Applications

07 — APPLICATIONS
STATIONERY
Stationery on light paper, monochrome mark.
RavandSOCIAL
Social template on brand green.
WEB
Web and dashboard on dark, generous negative space.
08 — NAMING

Why “Ravand”

In Persian, ravand means both a course and a flow. The name is not a claim — it is a description: something that keeps moving forward.

WRITTEN AS

“Ravand” in Latin, “روند” in Persian. Never all-caps, never RAVAND.

NEVER TRANSLATED

The name is never translated to “Trend” or “Process”.

DESCRIPTOR

Studio for digital growth — used once, close to the mark, never inside the mark.

Who we speak to

09 — AUDIENCE

Founders

They need certainty about spend. Lead with the number and the timeline.

TONE — DIRECT

Marketing leads

They need a defensible method. Show the process before the result.

TONE — PRECISE

Product teams

They need to know how we plug in. Talk in rituals, handoffs and tools.

TONE — PRACTICAL

Imagery direction

10 — IMAGERY
Real work, natural light, no staging.
Data close-ups: one figure in focus, the rest quiet.
Botanical texture as a quiet accent, never as decoration.
  • No stock handshakes, no 3D renders, no arrow-up illustrations.
  • Photos are cropped to the same rounded 16px corner as cards.
  • One image per idea. If two images say the same thing, drop one.
11 — CHECKLIST

Before you publish

Six checks. If one fails, the piece is not ready — regardless of the deadline.

01Is there a number, and is it verifiable?
02Any advertising adjective left? Delete it.
03Does the accent green cover less than ten percent?
04Mark clear space respected, minimum size met?
05Persian text in Yekan Bakh, headings in Pinar, labels in mono?
06Would we still stand behind this in twelve months?
